Do you seek to strengthen your personal prayer, deepen your relationship with God, and learn to use scripture as a guide for prayer? Please join us for an Ignatian Home Retreat, an 8-week experience of prayer using themes from the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola.
Retreatants pray every day (at home), using selected scripture passages, and meet weekly for 2 hours with facilitators at St. Laurence to share experiences, and receive input and guidance about prayer and the process. The home retreat is not a bible study. It is an opportunity to establish a more personal relationship with God by prayerful reading of scripture. It is a journey of the heart, not of the head.
