                                     Spiritual Adoption Program

There is a child, known only to God, who has just been conceived.  This child is in danger of
losing his or her life to abortion. His mom probably wants to follow her maternal instincts to
nurture her child, but may be under pressure to abort from boyfriend, parents, husband, or
circumstances.

This human child is only a single cell, but everything is present to direct
his or her development into a baby, a toddler, a teen, and an adult.  All he or she needs is oxygen, nutrition and protection from the environment, just as we all need to continue living.
  

Will you spiritually adopt this child and pray the short prayer below every day for nine
months that his or her life will be spared, that his or her mother will find the support she needs to choose life and plan for a safe and happy home for her child? You are encouraged to name the baby you adopt.

"Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, I love you very much. I beg you to spare
the life of ( name ), the unborn baby that I have spiritually adopted
who is in danger of abortion."

Please pick up a prayer card this weekend either at the Hospitality desk or on your way out at any of the doors.
