Fr. Reginald invites St. Laurence parishioners to prayerfully take part in this important effort to help us better understand our strengths, opportunities, and future direction.

What Is the Disciple Maker Index?

The Disciple Maker Index, or DMI, is a confidential survey developed by Catholic Leadership Institute. It invites parishioners to reflect on their own discipleship and to share their perspective on how well the parish supports their growth in relationship with Christ.

The results will help parish leadership identify our strengths, recognize opportunities for growth, and make informed decisions as we plan for the future.

Your Voice Matters

Every response helps us better understand the spiritual life of our parish community. The more parishioners who participate, the clearer the picture we will have of what St. Laurence is doing well and where we can better support people in growing as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Your feedback will help inform the decisions we make as we discern where the Holy Spirit is calling our parish next.

Individual responses are confidential. St. Laurence will receive information about the parish community as a whole, not individual survey responses.
