Job Opening: Director of Faith FormationJob Summary:
St. Laurence Catholic Church is seeking a spirit filled Director of Faith Formation to lead a passionate, professional team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and supervising the participants and programs in youth and adult faith formation. Applicants should possess 5+ years' experience in Faith Formation with catechetical and theological knowledge that respects the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston’s norms and fosters intellectual and spiritual growth of participants, parents, and families. The ideal candidate must have strong management skills, thrive in serving and teaching the faith, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. The candidate should be well organized and a collaborative disposition to work with/for parish leadership, staff, and volunteers. Finally, a deep love for our Catholic faith is key to success in this role.

Assistant Teachers – Infant Rooms St. Laurence Weekday Children’s Program
St. Laurence Weekday Children’s Program is seeking caring and dedicated Assistant Teachers to join our Infant and Toddler classrooms. These are part-time positions, Monday through Friday, ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
· Assist in implementing daily activities and routines under the guidance of the lead teacher.
· Contribute to the overall care and development of children.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support classroom operations.
Qualifications:
· CDA Credential (or currently enrolled in a CDA program), or
· Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
