HOPE (Helping Our Pain Ease) is a 7-week structured series designed to help adults grieve successfully by accomplishing the four tasks of grieving also utilized by the National Catholic Ministry to the Bereaved, Inc. Consider attending if you have lost a loved one due to a sudden, tragic death or from a long term illness, either recently or in the past. Led by hospice-trained facilitators, we offer classes at TWO different times - one on Tuesday afternoons and another on Thursday evenings.

Learn how to ease the pain of grief after the death of a loved one. "Blessed are they who mourn for they shall be comforted".
HOPE is an adult informative grief support group which helps in processing and learning how to cope with the death of a loved one, either recently or in the distant past.
Four 7-week sessions are offered each year.
It takes an average of two years to grieve and we do not want anyone to be alone in their grief. The Catholic Community of St. Laurence is here to support you.
