HOPE (Helping Our Pain Ease) is a 7-week structured series designed to help adults grieve successfully by accomplishing the four tasks of grieving also utilized by the National Catholic Ministry to the Bereaved, Inc. Consider attending if you have lost a loved one for
any reason, including a sudden, tragic death or from a long term illness, either recently or in the past. Facilitators trained by Houston Hospice lead classes at
two different times; one on Tuesday afternoon and the other on Thursday evening, all at the Ave Maria Center. Four 7-week sessions are offered each year, depending on the number of participants.
To register, call:

"Blessed are they who mourn for they shall be comforted."
HOPE is an informative and participatory grief support group for adults which helps in processing and learning how to cope with the death of any loved one for any reason. Participants need not be Catholic. Everyone is welcome.
It takes an average of two years to grieve and we do not want anyone to be alone in their grief. The Catholic Community of St. Laurence is here to support you.
